the business name of YDI Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ:YDIW), a leading developer
and supplier of broadband wireless solutions, today announced its financial
results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2005. These financial
results include, for the period beginning on July 27, 2005, results
from the operations that Terabeam Wireless acquired from Proxim Corporation
on July 27, 2005.
